Stephen Handwerk, the Executive Director of the Louisiana Democratic Party, released the following quote in response to David Vitter’s new endorsement:
“Despite the actions of David Vitter’s campaign, the governorship of Louisiana is not a reality TV show. From fumbling private detectives, to French Quarter call girls and a D.C. Madam, Louisiana has had enough of the antics. The choice for integrity and honesty is clear; if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, it’s probably David Vitter who will say or do anything but tell the truth.”
