Baton Rouge-Today Louisiana Democratic Party announces DNC Chair, Donna Brazile will be a special guest at this year’s Jefferson-Jackson in New Orleans.
Political commentator, Presidential campaign manager, and interim chair of the Democratic National Committee, Donna Brazile is a trailblazer in democratic politics. The Louisiana native will be taking trip home to share her wealth of experience with a room full of Louisiana Democrats.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to have my friend, Donna Brazile coming to join us at our JJ Dinner” said Karen Carter Peterson, chair of Louisiana Democratic Party. “After the year we have faced here in Louisiana to have the chair of Democratic Party coming to Louisiana, just month before election day, this is big deal.”
The annual dinner was postponed due to the devastating flooding that hit so much of our state. Given the date change and the increased attention to the event additional seating has been added, but space is limited and we encourage those wishing to attend this year to get their tickets now.
