Louisiana Democratic Party Executive Committee Endorses Gwen Collins-Greenup for Secretary of State

BATON ROUGE, LA – On Tuesday, the Louisiana Democratic Party Executive Committee voted to endorse Gwen Collins-Greenup for Secretary of State. Collins-Greenup is currently in a runoff election against interim Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin. The runoff election will be held on December 8th.

“Gwen is an exciting candidate with so many things to offer the Secretary of State’s office,” Senator Karen Carter Peterson, Chair of the LDP said. “Between the incredible grassroots work she did in the primary, the strong platform she’s based her campaign around, and the leadership skills she’s displayed. We look forward to working with her in the runoff election!”
